Anxiety Collection Crystal Kit

I put this crystal kit together for moments when you want to slow down and make a little space for yourself. Inside the gift box is a rough selenite chunk measuring approximately 50–60 mm, alongside six polished tumblestones: rose quartz, smokey quartz, lepidolite, howlite, snowflake obsidian and clear quartz. An information card is included so you can get to know each stone at your own pace.

In crystal traditions, selenite and clear quartz are associated with clarity, rose quartz with self-kindness, smokey quartz and snowflake obsidian with grounding, lepidolite with change and howlite with stillness. These are symbolic associations, not a treatment for anxiety or a promise to change how you feel. You might keep the stones in their box, arrange them in a favourite place or choose one to hold during a quiet moment.

These are natural pieces, so the crystals in your kit will vary in size and shape from those photographed. Selenite scratches easily and the rough chunk may have minor surface imperfections.
