Inside you'll find a raw chunk of rose quartz to promote self-healing and a raw smokey quartz traditionally used to dispel nightmares. A polished sodalite tumblestone brings balance and calm, howlite quiets that endless mind chatter, and a raw chevron amethyst encourages deep relaxation. A polished clear quartz tumblestone amplifies the others, and the whole set rests on a polished selenite round charging plate, used to stabilise the emotions and to cleanse and recharge your crystals between uses.

Everything arrives gift boxed with an information card explaining each stone and how to work with it, which makes it a kind gift for a restless sleeper, or a gentle wind-down ritual for yourself.
