Inside you'll find a raw chunk of smokey quartz for neutralising negative vibrations, a raw rainbow fluorite that promotes self-confidence, and a polished black obsidian tumblestone traditionally used to help overcome fear. Amethyst brings relief from stress and anxiety, tiger's eye encourages trust, and a raw clear quartz balances all planes. They rest on a polished selenite round charging plate, used to promote peace and calm and to cleanse and recharge your crystals between uses.

Everything arrives gift boxed with an information card explaining each stone and how to work with it, which makes it a grounding gift for someone facing a difficult stretch, or a reassuring set to keep for yourself.
