Crystals came into my life when my beloved cat Twinkle passed away.  She had been with me for 14 years and I found the grief very hard to deal with.  

At the time of her passing, I was also having hypnotherapy to treat a separate issue.  My therapist also happened to be a Reiki healer.  In her treatment room, there were many crystals on display and this is also where my interest began.

This lovely lady gifted me my first crystal and soon after that, I began to search for crystals for grief.  I started with a very small collection and I found that the crystals I purchased to help me grieve for Twinkle, certainly did bring me comfort.

That is where my love of crystals began.  Bit by bit, my collection grew and before I knew it, my house was full of crystals.

Having been through this myself and knowing what healing power crystals can hold, I wanted to be able to share this with others.  So I decided to take the plunge and create Hart, Body and Soul.

I am not only interested in crystals but in self healing in general.  I have suffered mental health issues and I have been on a long journey of self discovery and self help.  I want to be able to provide a wide range of products that cater to all aspects of wellbeing.

I have so many ideas and vision for where I can take Hart, Body and Soul but for now, I will start with this little boutique.  Rome wasn't built in a day!
