Californian White Sage Smudge Torch

Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among indigenous North American peoples.

The smoke of burning sage attaches itself to negative energy and rids of it, purifying, cleansing and protecting your space.

Directions:

Light the sage and allow to catch fire and burn for a few seconds. Once the flame goes out, blow on the lit end to fan the embers. Allow the smoke to flow over anything you wish to cleanse.
